Small group classes are a great way to exercise and continue your rehabilitation. 

All classes at NQ Physio Solutions are run by our physiotherapists who use their clinical expertise to ensure that participants are exercising at an appropriate level and can provide modifications for anyone with specific restrictions.

The social aspect of group classes has been shown to be a beneficial environment for both education and exercise.  We draw on the current best evidence available to ensure you are getting the most out of your group exercise class.

Currently we are offering general pilates, physio-led exercise and Good Vertebrations back classes. Check out our timetable for current class times or contact us today.
