ONLINE PILATES CLASSES
Due to the current changes in relation to COVID-19 we have temporarily suspended our group classes.
We are now offering $10 ONLINE Pilates via ZOOM. Our current classes are:
- Wednesday 5.30pm
- Friday 9.30 am
- Saturday 8.00 am
Our Pilates classes are the ideal way to exercise in a small group while still receiving feedback and guidance from our experienced Physiotherapists.
These classes are open to anyone so you don’t need any prior experience to attend. Pilates is a great way to exercise both for people looking for something extra to add to their injury rehabilitation and for those simply wanting to improve their general health and wellbeing.
While it is not a requirement, if you are a beginner you are more than welcome to book in for a one-on-one session prior to attending your first class.
Private health-fund rebates are not available for standard Pilates classes.
