Our current Physio-led Functional Exercise and Fitness & Pilates Classes are:

  • Monday 5.30 pm (Pilates)
  • Wednesday 5pm (Physio-led Functional Exercise and Fitness)
  • Wednesday 6pm (Physio-led Functional Exercise and Fitness)
  • Thursday 12.00pm (Pilates and Post-Natal Pilates)
  • Friday 12:30pm (Physio-led Functional Exercise and Fitness)
  • Friday 4.00pm (Physio-led Functional Exercise and Fitness)
  • Saturday 7am (Physio-led Functional Exercise and Fitness)
  • Saturday 8am (Physio-led Functional Exercise and Fitness)

Our Pilates classes are the ideal way to exercise in a small group while still receiving feedback and guidance from our experienced Physiotherapists. 

These classes are open to anyone so you don’t need any prior experience to attend.  Pilates is a great way to exercise both for people looking for something extra to add to their injury rehabilitation and for those simply wanting to improve their general health and wellbeing. 

While it is not a requirement, if you are a beginner you are more than welcome to book in for a one-on-one session prior to attending your first class.

Private health-fund rebates are not available for standard Pilates classes.
