You don't need a referral to see a physiotherapist if you are claiming through HICAPS on your private health cover or paying privately. A referral is required if you are making a WorkCover or Accident Insurance claim, for Veterans and Care Plan recipients.

Yes. We can process private health cover claims through HICAPS, leaving just the gap as your out of pocket expense.

Yes we accept GP Health Care Plans.

Commonwealth Concession Card and Health Care Card holders are eligible for bulk billed services.

Mixed billing applies to all other appointments charged at our normal private rates.
