Good Vertebrations is a 6-week, physiotherapist-led exercise and education program for individuals with persistent spinal pain. 

This program aims to educate participants on self-management strategies, improve spinal movement, strength and to encourage self-driven rehabilitative exercise.

Good Vertebrations has been designed by our physiotherapists to help those dealing with longstanding or recurrent neck pain or mid to lower back pain lasting longer than 3 months. This program especially suits those who have experienced a reduction in their daily function or ability to exercise.

The program cost ($290*) includes:

  • 2 x weekly (1 hour) group exercise and education sessions (12 total)
  • 2 x Individual Assessments (pre and post program)
  • Individualised home exercise program prescribed
  • Detailed feedback regarding outcomes

Classes are limited to 8 participants to ensure the combined benefits of group exercise along with close monitoring of safe technique.

Exercises are tailored to each individual and are based on a thorough assessment prior to entry into the program, which allows participants with low to high levels of function to work together.
