One-On-One Pilates Sessions
If you are new to pilates or have specific needs, individual sessions are available. The initial appointment may include an assessment of your deep abdominal and pelvic floor activation using Real-time ultrasound. It is a requirement that a one-on-one appointment is undertaken prior to attending our Physio Led Exercise Classes.
Clinical Pilates Classes
These 45 minute classes are small groups (6 people maximum) led by a Pilates trained Physiotherapist. You may choose to attend one of our Pilates classes for maintenance after recovery from an injury. However, we believe everyone can benefit from physio-style Pilates, so we also welcome participants to attend classes for general exercise and well-being.
